Please log in first by clicking on the "Login" button. It's on the top right hand side of the start page. Then fill in user name and then password. Now click on "Login". If you are a new Dark-Silver customer then please keep reading ...

If you are not yet a Dark-Silver customer, then just fill in the form, send your VAT number (business ID) to the fax number given, then wait for acceptance as a registered dealer.
|
|
|
|
|
When you have successfully filled in your user name and password then "not logged in" will disappear in the top right hand side and "logged in as....." will appear instead. The yellow button "Registration- this is how its done" disappears, and in its place you will see your customer data.

You can order by clicking on "Order" on the product page of the chosen article.
|
|
|
|
Your chosen article will then appear in your shopping cart, which escorts you throughout your shopping trip, at the top right corner.
When you place a new article into the shopping cart the price will automatically be
included and the total cost will be shown.

Every time you put an article into your shopping
cart, you immediately arrive at the shopping cart page where you see all the prices and sizes
of the chosen articles.
You can view all of this at any time by clicking on "shopping cart" in the Shop-Menu. You can continue shopping on the shopping cart page by choosing a category (left) or using the search function.
When you placed all articles you whish to order in the shopping cart just click on "Order".

The next-to-last step of your order gives you the ability to double-check the orders you have made and to make any adjustments to them if you wish. Apart from that, you can choose whether you want the delivery to be made to the address you have given, or e.g. to your warehouse. A click on delivery address ("Lieferadresse") gives you the ability to give more than one address. However, the bill will always be forwarded to your regular address.
At this stage you are asked again to accept the COS; if you do not accept the COS, then we will not be able to accept your order. We again stress the importance of these being read thoroughly.
After accepting the COS, continue to the last step by clicking on "further" ("Weiter").

The last thing you need to do is to choose a payment method. Simply read the information given to this section.

Note to customers using a scrollmouse:
In the past it happened that after the customer has chosen the form
of payment with the mouse that the section was still active.
That changed the field of "payment" into "abroad".
If this should also happen to you, please send us a short message with the desired form of payment.

Now, all you do is click on "Carry out order" ("Bestellung ausführen"),
and the articles will be on their way to you as quickly as possible.
